He created this work by replacing the original recipient...In 1984 Alfredo Jaar purchased a 1976 letter and autographed photograph of Henry Kissinger in an antiques store in New York. He created this work by replacing the original recipient of the letter with his name and address in Santiago, in a darkly comic testament to his ongoing obsession with Kissinger.Provenance
